As we expand, we're looking for a dedicated Airbnb Co-Host to help manage and enhance our property offerings.
Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Airbnb Co-Host to join our team at Shasta Vacations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong organizational skills, and a love for the Mount Shasta area. You will assist with managing our Airbnb listings, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of property cleanliness and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Communication: Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests promptly and professionally.
2. Check-In/Check-Out Management: Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, ensuring smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs.
3. Property Maintenance: Coordinate with cleaning teams and repair person to ensure they do the cleaning and maintenance of the property as per schedule, addressing any issues or repairs as needed. Working with our maintenance team and cleaning team to ensure properties are kept in pristine shape.
4. Listing Management: Update and manage Airbnb listings, including pricing, availability, and promotional content.
5. Guest Experience: Ensure a high-quality guest experience by providing exceptional hospitality, local recommendations, and addressing any guest concerns.
6. Coordination: Work closely with our team to ensure all aspects of property management are handled efficiently.
1. Candidate must be available to work from 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm India Standard Time)
1. Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
4. Familiarity with the Airbnb platform and property management tools.
5. Passion for travel and a commitment to providing excellent guest experiences.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 5,00,000 /year
