Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain and check data in our time recording systems such as reasons for absences or time-offs, only for employees working in Germany
2. Process, check, and maintain all personal and billing-related data in our human resources information systems
3. Prepare and provide data for further processing by the locations' HR support teams in a timely manner
4. Create, track, and control evaluations and statistics
5. Process inquiries from employees, managers, and HR departments
6. Participate in projects to continuously improve existing processes or individual process steps

NOTE: This is a contract role for 6 months
