SortedHat is an independent (freelance) business owned by Divya Shah Nandi. At SortedHat, we help companies find, grow and retain talent. We set up systems and processes for start-ups and SMEs and provide them with strategic guidance and support to ensure their people operations are supporting their rapid growth. We work with global clients, across India, South Africa, Kenya, Bogota, and the US.
SortedHat works with companies that are growing fast and have a desire to build a strong HR foundation to support their scale. We not only set up their HR and People strategies, systems and processes, but also give them the tools and templates they need to be able to execute smoothly. Since no two clients of ours are the same, no two deliverables are identical. We build and deliver projects keeping the nuances of our clients' firm goals, culture and resources in mind.
1. At least 1 year of full-time or 6 months of internship experience in HR
2. Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or Google sheets/slides)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (and ability to work with clients)
4. Super organized, efficient, and a smart worker
5. Self-starter and able to work independently
