About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Supporting projects across clients depending on the need and structure of the project
2. Compiling and maintaining our candidate database and supporting our recruiting projects
3. Collecting and analyzing data for compensation benchmark projects
4. Analyzing quarterly staff satisfaction and wellness surveys
5. Preparing presentations for clients to use in their monthly town halls and other HR-related meetings
6. Conducting research on current HR policies and best practices

Effective Communication HR Analytics MS-Excel MS-PowerPoint Recruitment
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

At least 1 year of full-time or 6 months of internship experience in HR

Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (or Google sheets/slides)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (and ability to work with clients)

Super organized, efficient, and a smart worker

Self-starter and able to work independently

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
