Key responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment while coordinating with clients and candidates
2. Cold-call prospects to match open job positions with the right talent
3. Search and recruit candidates for various clients
Who can apply:
1. Must have access to a wire-line broadband connection, a laptop with a working webcam, and a quiet room where s/he can take video calls and conduct interviews
Note:
1. Your tenure starts with a three-month training period with a fixed pay of INR 15,000 per month
2. Post completion of the 3-month period, the company will offer a full-time job subject to your performance
3. The job will have a fixed monthly In-hand salary of INR 25K per month plus a one-time performance-based bonus of up to 3,00,000 LPA paid at the end of the year
3. Work timings - Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
