Key responsibilities:

1. Providing various support activities to the HR function like recruiting, administration, and arranging interviews with suitable candidates for different departments and functions
2. Providing all-around experience in the people management function and serving as an ideal platform for bright, young engineers or other graduates aspiring to pursue MBA after sufficient work experience and organizational learning
3. Working closely with the senior management of the company & supporting them with key processes and projects
