About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain job postings with creativity.
2. Be the friendly voice for hiring managers, applicants, and new hires, ensuring timely responses to their queries.
3. Coordinate scheduling for phone screens, interviews, and new hire orientations.
4. Keep all resumes ready for affirmative action reports.
5. Conduct engaging new employee orientations.
6. Prepare materials for employee onboarding with a sprinkle of innovation.
7. Assist in administering and updating employee benefits, ensuring everyone feels valued.
8. Maintain employee personnel files and conduct ongoing audits with precision.
9. Compile information to ensure agency compliance.
10. Assist in benefits administration and maintenance, ensuring everyone gets the perks they deserve.
11. Process all incoming invoices and distribute them to the appropriate staff for approval.
12. Verify the completeness and accuracy of all vouchers, check requests, and employee expense reports.
13. Process weekly disbursements with efficiency.
14. Prepare journal entries for accounts payable.
15. Reconcile benefit invoices to payroll records.
16. Comply with established internal control practices to ensure proper financial management.
17. Assist in payroll administration as a backup, ensuring everyone gets paid on time.

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. An associate’s degree in human resources, Finance, or Accounting, and/or at least one year of related experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.

2. Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

3. Ability to utilize software and work with databases; some experience preferred.

4. Ability to multi-task, meet pressing deadlines and anticipate needs.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

6. Ability to work independently and autonomously.

7. Excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills.

8. Excellent computer skills and superior knowledge of all MS Office Suite programs; accurate reporting skills.

9. Excellent planning, organization, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

10. Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.

11. Excellent multi-tasking skills.

12. Ability to adapt and adjust to a changing environment.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,20,000 - 3,00,000 /year
