We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Associate at Paycom. As an HR Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various administrative tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and preparing new hire paperwork.
2. Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
3. Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
4. Prepare HR reports and presentations using MS Excel and MS Word.
5. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
6. Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and initiatives.
7. Maintain a high level of English proficiency, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders.

1. Candidate must be available to work from 8:30 pm - 4:30 am Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Standard Time)
Annual CTC: $ 6,000 - 8,000 /year
