Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain complex spreadsheets that track employee information, such as payroll, benefits, and performance reviews & with advanced knowledge of formulas, functions, and macros, automate tasks, perform calculations, and analyze data effectively
2. Assist in the maintenance of HR databases and spreadsheets using advanced Excel skills
3. Use Excel to analyze HR data and create reports to support HR initiatives
4. Develop and execute a strategic plan for the video solution project, in alignment with the project's overall vision and mission
5. Work on compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
6. Ensure screening, hiring, and selection are done as per the company policies
7. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
8. Screen resumes and application forms
9. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
10. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in HR
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
3. Detail-oriented and highly organized
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
