Human Resources (HR) Executive Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. External Recruitment: Support hiring efforts to attract and retain top talent for Aspire's clients, particularly in the Non-IT sector.
2. Collaborate with team leaders to define hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions.
3. Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment.
4. Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
5. Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Experience: At least 1 year in recruitment, with specific experience in hiring.
2. Technical skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media, is a plus. Familiarity with Naukri.com job portal is essential.
3. Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs.
4. Interpersonal skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
5. Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
