2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
3. Oversee employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee grievances.
4. Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
5. Handle employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities and events.
6. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
7. Provide HR support and advice to management and employees on various HR-related issues.

Create polls, Word Clouds, and surveys that are seamlessly integrated into PowerPoint, a web browser, an iFrame, or a video streaming solution. Initiate a Live Q&A Session, with audience questions flying directly into your PowerPoint Slides. Questions can be moderated, organized by Topics, and sorted by the number of "Likes." Attendees require no app download: they scan a QR Code or input a URL to connect to the Web platform and engage in the activities.
