About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles across Digital Ipsum.
2. Onboarding & Training: Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, introducing them to company policies and culture.
3. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and open work environment.
4. Performance Management: Assist in tracking employee performance, conducting appraisals, and providing feedback mechanisms.
5. HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain HR records, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
6. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
7. Payroll & Attendance Management: Track leaves, attendance, and coordinate with accounts for payroll processing.
8. Policy Development: Assist in creating and implementing HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
9. Conflict Resolution: Mediate workplace conflicts and ensure a fair and transparent work environment.

What We Expect from You:

1. Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of HR experience in recruitment, employee engagement, or HR operations.
2. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to interact with employees at all levels.
3. Recruitment Expertise: Ability to source, screen, and hire the right candidates efficiently.
4. People-Centric Approach: Ability to create a positive and inclusive work culture.
5. Multi-tasking & Time Management: Handle multiple HR functions without missing deadlines.
6. Conflict Resolution Skills: Ability to address employee concerns and ensure a harmonious work environment.
7. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HRMS, ATS, and other HR tools.
8. Attention to Detail: Maintain precise HR records and handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
