Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
3. Manage employee relations, including performance evaluations and conflict resolution.
4. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
5. Handle payroll and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate processing.
6. Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
7. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture.
