About the job

Key responsibilities:

1) Recruitment Process Management:
(a) Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions and job postings.
(b) Source and attract candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
(c) Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
(d) Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

2) CV Extraction & Candidate Screening:
(a) Extract and review CVs from various sources, including job boards, company career portals, and recruitment databases.
(b) Analyze and filter CVs to shortlist candidates who meet the specified criteria for open positions.
(c) Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while reviewing and categorizing CVs.

3) Database Management:
(a) Create, update, and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
(b) Organize candidate information, including CVs, interview notes, and assessment results, in a structured and easily accessible format.
(c) Utilize HR software and tools to track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.

4) Reporting & Metrics:
(a) Generate regular reports on recruitment activities, including the number of candidates sourced, interviewed, and hired.
(b) Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
(c) Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies based on data analysis.

5) Candidate Experience:
(a) Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
(b) Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and manage the offer process, including salary negotiation and offer letters.
(c) Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates for future job openings.
