Are you an experienced human resources manager looking for your next challenge? NextEdge Labs is currently looking for an HR manager to join our team in a full-time position. We are a rapidly growing technology company that offers a dynamic and engaging work environment.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, managing employee relations and grievances, managing recruitment processes, and creating employee development programs. In this role, you must possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. You must also have a strong command of English, both written and spoken, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
2. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
3. Manage employee relations and grievance processes
4. Manage recruitment processes
5. Create employee development programs
6. Provide guidance and support to staff members
7. Advise and coordinate on employee benefits and related matters
8. Participate in professional and industry organizations
9. Maintain employee files and records
Note: It will have a probation period of 6 months and during the probation period, the salary will be 10,000 per month.
