Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
2. Manage HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records and data
3. Support HR operations by handling employee inquiries, processing payroll, and administering benefits
4. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
5. Conduct training sessions for new employees on company policies and procedures
6. Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
7. Maintain compliance with all labor laws and regulations
