About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Resume Screening and Candidate Selection
Review Applications: Examine resumes from various job portals to identify qualified candidates.
Shortlisting: Select candidates who best meet job requirements.
Scheduling Interviews: Arrange interviews and ensure candidates attend.

2. Active Candidate Sourcing
Utilize Job Portals: Search databases on Jobhai.com, WorkIndia.com, ApnaJob.com, and Naukri.com to find potential candidates.
Proactive Outreach: Contact passive candidates to encourage them to apply.
Talent Pool Management: Build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

3. Professional Communication
Candidate Interaction: Maintain clear, professional communication via email, phone, and messaging.
Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly to candidate questions about roles and the company.
Follow-ups: Ensure continuous engagement to reduce no-shows.

4. Interview Coordination
Arrange Schedules: Coordinate interview times between candidates and hiring managers.
Confirmation: Remind candidates of interview details to ensure attendance.
Feedback Collection: Gather post-interview feedback from both parties.

5. Database Management
Organize Information: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and statuses.
Update Systems: Keep recruitment databases up to date.
Confidentiality: Handle all candidate data securely and ethically.

6. Employee Onboarding Support
Documentation: Assist in preparing necessary onboarding documents.
Orientation Coordination: Help new hires integrate smoothly into the company.

7. Recruitment Strategy Development
Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry hiring trends.
Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to recruitment practices.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's values and culture to attract top talent.

10. Educational Background: Holds a bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.

11. Experience Level: 1-2 years of HR recruitment experience with strong industry knowledge.
