1. Lead or support all aspects of customer implementations
2. Define detailed project implementation plans
3. Serve as the lead contact for daily customer interaction and implementation activities
4. Coach and prepare customers for successful rollouts of the applications
5. Ensure effective transfer of information learned in training to the work environment
6. Diagnosis, research, and analyze customer issues and requests
7. Develop, track, and report key implementation progress metrics
8. Prioritize and escalate issues when needed and keep customers informed of the progress
9. Develop and maintain implementation best practices, document procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings, and sequences
10. Participate in enhancement creation, release, and change management activities
11. Create and update product and training documentation
12. Support the sales team during the selling and discovery process
13. Develop, scope, and estimate implementation projects with the sales team
14. Explain functional requirements to the technical team
Graduate engineers/diploma from reputed colleges with specialization in mechanical/production
0-2 years of experience
Ability to visit customers and implement the manufacturer's software
Hands-on with documentation of business & manufacturing processes
Good at excel & analysis
Quick learner
Good communication skills with the ability to explain functional and system use cases to customers
Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Other incentives: 20%
