The venture's Mesh AI socially intelligent staff scheduling platform (SISS) is a cloud tool that democratizes healthcare staff scheduling, both in terms of process (conversational instead of unidirectional) and access (low cost). About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Making sales, research, and qualification calls on the VOIP phone line of the company to collect data or secure meetings/demos
2. Working on business development projects with the marketing and sales team
3. Attending company meetings and making internal presentations
4. Matching company working hours based on ET and PT time zones (night work in Indian time)
5. Presenting video presentations and demos to external entities and clients/leads

Probation details: The job will start with a probation period of 6 months, during which the salary will be CA$170 (almost equal to 10,000) per month. An additional bonus will be paid based on the number of successful leads or demos.

7. Proficient with email/Gmail, G-suite, MS suite, and bonus if familiar with CRMs like Zoho

8. A business/commerce/MBA degree is a bonus

9. Can start the job right away or within 30 days maximum

10. Have relevant skills and interests

11. Have a computer and audio-visual equipment of own for the job (we do not provide any equipment for this position)

12. Business or engineering background with previous phone sales experience preferred

Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
