Key responsibilities:

1. Cold-calling candidates (around 150-200 cold calls a day) and convincing them to join the platform
2. Helping them create a profile on TopHire
3. Meeting daily targets and conversion targets
4. Doing follow-up calls with the candidates to sign up on TopHire

Who can apply:

1. Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with 6 months of experience in sales/customer service-related roles
2. Should have good verbal and written communication skills
3. Should have a strong orientation toward sales, research, and market dynamics
4. Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products
5. Adapt quickly to new technologies and software
6. Experience in cold-calling/telecounselling is preferable
7. Good English communication
