The sales executive is responsible for managing and driving health insurance sales in the designated area. Lead should be generated from open market. This is a field sales profile. This is an contributor role and the main focus will on revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales strategy development:
a. Selling health insurance through organic methods and generating a dependable pipeline.
b. Identify and target new business opportunities and sales channels.
c. knowledge of health insurance, types and their benefits.
2. Client and partner relationships:
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
b. Negotiate with clients to successfully close deals and broaden market reach.
c. Deliver excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and retention.
3. Product and market knowledge: Stay informed about the company's product portfolio and market trends.
4. Remote work coordination:
a. Utilize digital tools to manage workflows and team collaboration.
b. Ensure seamless communication and coordination within the remote team across various locations.
Work environment:
a. Remote, with potential travel for key meetings or conferences.
b. Flexibility in working hours.
c. May be required to travel for conferences or client meets.
Work time: Monday - Saturday (10 AM - 6 PM)
Salary:

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance sales.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
5. Experience working remotely.
6. Experience with health insurance sales.
7. IRDA ceritified (preferred).
8. Knowledge of digital marketing and sales techniques.
9. Understanding market compliance and regulations.
10. Ability to acquire leads from open market sources.
