2. At least 1-2 years of experience working in the sales department as a telesales manager, telesales representative, telemarketing executive, or in a position comparable to these
3. Knowledge of the most recent market trends and developments
4. Outstanding presenting, communication, and negotiating abilities
5. Excellent time-management and planning abilities
6. Strong leadership qualities the capacity to multitask and deal with pressure
7. Someone with high motivation and attention to detail
8. Capacity for pressured labor
9. Microsoft Office competency
10. Capacity to work independently and cooperatively Capacity to provide exceptional customer service
11. Must possess strong communication abilities

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.5 LPA
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
