2. 2-3 years of experience in IT technician support and maintenance roles.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
4. Familiarity with various operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
7. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
8. Experience in HR soft skills such as candidate evaluation is a plus.
9. Ability to create Job Descriptions for the required job openings.
10. Administer technical assessments or coordinate technical interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills and knowledge.
