We are seeking a dynamic and passionate 'Talent Acquisition Associate' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for clients.
1. Proactively source and identify potential candidates through resume databases on job portals, networking, referrals, and other methods
2. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit
3. Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records and trackers
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
5. Conduct post-interview debriefs and collaborate with hiring teams to evaluate candidates
6. Coordinate pre-employment checks, including reference checks, background verification, etc.
7. Be a part of the salary negotiation process and ensure a continuous candidate closure pipeline
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
