About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review consumption reports against budgeted consumption for assigned buildings.
2. Any deviation from the budget should be informed to the Project Engineer and investigated further.
3. Take actual measurements of work done by contractors and provide data to the Project/Site Engineer for preparing the abstract.
4. Review monthly work performance and quarterly work order performance
5. All relevant quality check records at each stage of construction work are created and maintained for future reference. Ensure all technical specs are adhered to as per design and SOP.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

3. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and other construction software

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

6. Strong leadership and management skills

7. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations
