Junior Digital Marketing Executive Fresher Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
2. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
3. Create and curate engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including but not limited to written posts, images, videos, and infographics
4. Manage and monitor social media channels, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries or comments in a timely and professional manner
5. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
6. Conduct research and stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations to improve social media strategies and performance
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and design, to align social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns
8. Develop and implement social media advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, monitoring, and optimization
9. Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide regular reports and insights on key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement
10. Stay informed about industry news, trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for social media engagement and to ensure the organization's social media presence remains competitive

Required:

1. Proficiency in influential social media platforms such as Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, etc.
2. Ability to create quality content
3. Familiarity with the crypto/web3 industry
4. Capability to engage with the target audience organically
5. Ability to create long-form content such as Twitter threads, articles, and Reddit posts
6. Good design skills and familiarity with tools such as Canva and meme generators
7. Candidates having the work experience from 6 months - 2 years
