We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Design Creation: Develop visually appealing graphics for various digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, brochures, and reports.
2. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with clients' brand guidelines and convey their mission effectively.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team, content creators, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
4. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
5. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
6. Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from clients and team members to refine and improve designs.
7. File Management: Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects for easy access and collaboration.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, preferably in the nonprofit or social sector.
2. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
4. Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
5. Exceptional creativity and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
