Vscale Consulting LLP is looking for a junior human resources (HR) associate with English proficiency (spoken). The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a passion for human resources and a desire to help others succeed in their career goals.

The Junior HR Associate will be responsible for supporting the company's HR operations. They will be a liaison between the HR department and other departments to ensure the efficient and smooth functioning of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct interviews with potential candidates
2. Manage employee database and ensure accurate and updated data
3. Implement and monitor human resource policies and procedures
4. Assist in the design and delivery of employee training programs
5. Handle employee queries
6. Help with payroll and benefits administration
7. Generate various HR-related reports as requested

Salary during probation: 10,000 - 18,000 /month
