About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Meeting with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
2. Developing creative and practical designs that meet the needs of the client
3. Creating detailed drawings, 3D models, and other visual presentations to illustrate the proposed design
4. Producing detailed cost estimates for materials and labor with an emphasis on understanding and minimizing complete costs
5. Negotiating with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget
6. Monitoring the construction process to ensure that the design is being implemented correctly
7. Developing and creating cutting-edge interior designs for residential spaces
8. Utilizing excellent space planning and problem-solving skills to create unique and functional designs
9. Collaborating with other designers and contractors to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget
10. Preparing sketches, drawings, and 3-D models for presentation to clients
11. Researching new materials and techniques to incorporate into designs
12. Negotiating with vendors to acquire materials at cost-effective prices
13. Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard
14. Organizing all information and research compiled to show ideas for storyboarding
Skill(s) required
3ds Max Adobe Photoshop AutoCAD Autodesk Revit Blender 3D MS-Excel MS-PowerPoint
Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree in interior design or a related field

2. 0-1 year of experience in designing homes, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces

3. Knowledge of design trends, materials, and furnishings

4. Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)

5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

6. Fluency in English

7. Should be able to research the latest trends and designs from social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram

8. Outstanding creativity and problem-solving skills

9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
