About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining front-end web applications using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
2. Collaborating with other team members such as designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of the front-end with the back-end
3. Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code and adhering to coding standards and best practices
4. Troubleshooting and debugging issues with web applications and implementing effective solutions
5. Staying up-to-date with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development
6. Creating responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces that provide an excellent user experience across different devices and platforms
7. Writing and maintaining unit tests to ensure the quality and reliability of the code
8. Conducting code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of the development process
9. Collaborating with other team members to identify areas of improvement in the development process
10. Communicating progress and status to project stakeholders

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 15%
