We are seeking a proactive and results-driven 'Lead Generation Specialist' to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing them through various channels. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and contributing to our overall sales growth by identifying and converting high-quality leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads through various channels, including email marketing, social media, cold calling, networking, and online research.
2. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries to target.
3. Qualify leads based on set criteria and determine their potential for conversion.
4. Work closely with the sales team to nurture leads and ensure a smooth handover for closing deals.
5. Maintain and update lead databases, tracking interactions, and managing follow-ups.
6. Use CRM tools to monitor lead activity, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.
7. Generate and analyze reports on lead generation activities and campaign performance to assess effectiveness and suggest improvements.
8. Develop and optimize email marketing campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead-generation initiatives.
9. Monitor and analyze competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and improve lead generation strategies.
10. Build relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and positioning relevant products/services.
11. Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, content, and outreach efforts to attract more qualified leads.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role.
2. Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies, tools, and techniques.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet lead generation targets.
6. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Proficiency with LinkedIn, email marketing platforms, and other digital tools for lead generation.
