Key responsibilities:

1. Creating and delivering motion graphics for various media like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, etc.
2. Working closely with the content team, and the client to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that reflects branding priorities
3. Meeting with clients, internal and external, to understand needs and share ideas
4. Being a great communicator, receiving and interpreting feedback, and meeting tight deadlines
5. Responding to user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
6. Working with content teams to select audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design
7. Editing video footage and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
Staying up to date on the latest graphic design techniques

Required:

1. Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, 2D/3D animation, and other products
2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills
