Junior Operations Associate Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Support & Order management:
- Handle customer support & resolve customer inquiries via call, email or CRM
- Coordinate with shipping and vendors for special case issues
- Manage order processing and fulfillment

2. Cost Analysis & Data Reports:
- Conduct cost analysis on various levels & create financial projections
- Create timely reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate data
- Assist in developing insights, financial strategies & decision-making

3. Supply Chain Management:
- Manage & track Inventory storage
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials (optional)
