Junior Operations Associate Job (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Operational Associate to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business by managing various digital tools and coordinating team activities.

Key responsibilities:

1. Digital tool management:
- Manage and maintain our Notion workspace, ensuring information is organized and accessible.
- Organize and manage files and folders within our Google Drive account.
- Structure and categorize design assets in Canva, promoting easy access and collaboration.

2. Team coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and note-taking.
- Set up and manage operational aspects of team calls, such as conference calls and video meetings.

3. Administrative support:
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, such as document preparation and data entry.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
