About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle customer queries
2. Work on trip data management
3. Handle end-to-end responsibility of tour operations
4. Coordinate between trip leaders and suppliers
5. Work on booking hotels, taxis, flights, and assisting customers with visa documentation
6. Follow up with hotels, rate negotiation, and special requests
7. Identify key markets and find new vendors
8. Research new hotels, restaurants, activities and local suppliers
