Role Overview
We are looking for an Operational Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is an extroverted, resourceful, and highly motivated individual who excels at juggling multiple responsibilities. This role is critical in helping us build, grow, and scale our products while maintaining close connections with our users.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement
Proactively communicate with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback.
Translate insights into actionable improvements for our products.

2. Growth Hacking
Develop and execute growth strategies for existing products.
Research, compile, and manage lists of relevant influencers to amplify product reach.
Negotiate and manage deals with influencers to drive engagement and conversions.

3. Market Research & Product Ideation
Conduct research on new product ideas, analyzing competitors and identifying market opportunities.
Present findings and recommendations to the team to inform product development and business strategies.
