As a Junior Product Manager at AnthroFi, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic product team, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development and enhancement of our revolutionary financial products. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to every stage of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with senior product managers to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
3. Assist in defining product requirements and specifications based on user feedback and business objectives
4. Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to prioritize and execute product features and enhancements
5. Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings
6. Assist in coordinating product launches and go-to-market strategies
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field
Previous experience in product management, preferably in the tech industry
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
