1. Handling the complete recruitment life cycle i.e. right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, coordination of interviews, salary negotiation, post-offer process and final joining
2. Sourcing the required profiles through job portals, references, headhunting and mapping techniques
3. Screening applicants to assess technical competence, credentials and attitude
4. Taking telephonic interviews and shortlisting interested candidates based on suitability of the profile as per clients' requirements based on experience in the industry, skills, assignments handled, communication, etc
Required:
1. Candidates should have a passion for recruitment
2. Freshers with excellent communication skills and technical background (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BBI, BAF, MBA) will be preferred
3. Should be target oriented
4. Should possess good communication and interpersonal skills
