As a Junior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our clients. Your proficiency in English, computer networking, MS Office, and MS Excel will be crucial in identifying qualified candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
5. Assist in negotiating job offers and onboarding new hires
6. Maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our database
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our processes

4. Proactive and result-oriented: ability to drive the recruitment process efficiently, ensuring timely hiring and alignment with client requirements.

5. Adaptability: comfort in handling multiple job openings across various industries or sectors.

6. Technical proficiency: familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals (like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri), and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

7. Team player: ability to collaborate with the HR team, hiring managers, and department heads.

8. Negotiation skills: able to negotiate salary, benefits, and other terms with candidates to close offers successfully.

9. Cultural fit: understanding of organizational culture to ensure candidate alignment with the company’s values and work environment.

10. Multitasking ability: capable of managing multiple job requisitions and candidates simultaneously.

11. Confidentiality: handling sensitive information with integrity and in compliance with data protection regulations.

Salary
