As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. You will work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs, source, and screen candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Your role is critical in connecting employers with the right talent and helping candidates find suitable job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
2. Candidate Sourcing: Use various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates.
3. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
4. Job Matching: Match candidates' skills, experience, and career aspirations with client requirements and job vacancies.
5. Offer Management: Negotiate salary and job offers between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
6. Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices to advise clients and candidates effectively.
7. Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of candidates and clients, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
8. Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
5. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
