Junior Recruiter Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and recruit candidates for various roles across multiple industries, focusing on non-IT sectors.
2. Utilize job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels to find and engage with potential candidates.
3. Conduct initial screening, and interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
4. Engage in cold calling to reach out to prospective candidates and generate interest in open positions.
5. Maintain a detailed database of candidates and job openings.
6. Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
7. Collaborate with the hiring team to understand recruitment requirements and candidate profiles.

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Minimum 0.6 years of experience in hardcore recruitment (Freshers with internship experience in recruitment are also encouraged to apply).
3. Strong experience in using recruitment portals and other sourcing tools.
4. Passionate about a career in recruitment and ready to take on challenges.
5. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

1. Cold calling experience.
2. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Location: Remote
Salary: Up to 20,000/month
Experience: At least 6 months of experience in recruitment (Freshers with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply)
