Junior Recruitment Executive Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize various recruitment methods to source and attract top talent for our clients
2. Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for available positions
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment support throughout the process
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our database
5. Create engaging job postings and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates
6. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
7. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles
