We are seeking a highly dedicated and meticulous Junior Sales Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will maintain Business Development (BD) tracking documentation related to clients, analyze client interactions, and coordinate follow-up communications. After a period of comprehensive training, the Junior Sales Analyst will be expected to perform these duties independently.
Location: Mumbai, India. Remote work is possible but must be domiciled not more than 30 minutes outside of Mumbai.
Reports to: International Manager
Work Timings: India (afternoon timings but subject to change)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain BD Tracking Documentation: Accurately update and manage documentation related to client interactions, ensuring all information is current and comprehensive
2. Analyze Client Interactions: Review and analyze data from client interactions to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving client engagement and sales strategies
3. Client Follow-Up Coordination: Arrange follow-up communications with clients via email and phone, ensuring timely and effective follow-ups
4. Independent Task Execution: After completing training, independently manage client follow-ups and documentation without supervision
5. Support Sales Team: Provide support to the sales team by preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documentation
6. Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of information and alignment of sales strategies
