About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creating and curating content around user stories, polls, transition stories, and awareness posts for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
2. Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
3. Help develop a execute social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, and drive traffic with SEO and other tools
4. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to optimize the social media content
5. Analyze and report social media metrics (views, clicks, engagement, followers, etc.) and performance data to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
6. Manage E2E promotion of our career events by driving registrations, and engagement
