At Jaagruk Bharat, the social media manager is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive website traffic. This role requires a deep understanding of various social media platforms, trends, and analytics, along with strong communication and creative skills.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and execute a social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
2. Stay abreast of social media trends and technologies for optimization.
3. Generate, curate, and share engaging content daily across platforms.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to generate excitement for new product launches.
5. Interact with followers, address inquiries promptly, and manage reviews.
6. Foster positive online communities and handle issues effectively.
7. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics.
8. Utilize data to refine strategies and enhance campaign effectiveness.
9. Maintain brand consistency and voice across all social media channels.
10. Implement a consistent posting schedule within the broader marketing plan.
11. Coordinate with other departments to ensure messaging alignment.
12. Collaborate with influencers and marketers for campaign execution.
13. Develop and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting and targeting.
14. Optimize ad campaigns based on performance metrics and industry standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
