Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Production Management: Develop content calendars; schedule recordings. Oversee recording and editing processes. Collaborate on scripts and content development.

2. Marketing and Promotion: Create and implement marketing strategies. Develop promotional materials; coordinate social media promotion. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

3. Distribution Management: Upload and manage content on platforms. Optimize metadata for better reach. Track performance metrics and prepare reports.

4. Collaboration and Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate content creators, editors, and designers. Communicate with stakeholders and manage external relationships.

5. Innovation and Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends. Experiment with new content formats and marketing techniques. Implement feedback to improve content quality and marketing effectiveness.
