Junior Talent Acquisition Associate Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
3. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system
5. Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates
6. Provide support in the negotiation and offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
7. Utilize MS Excel to track recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve recruitment strategies
