Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive hiring processes from scratch
2. Source, screen, and coordinate hiring for account managers and sales representatives
3. Work with our senior HR consultant to find and secure executive talent
4. Represent UAbility's values and culture throughout the hiring process
5. Find hidden talent through diverse channels and strategies
6. Take full ownership with minimal supervision
