Junior Telecaller Job (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective donors to raise funds and awareness for the cause
2. Provide information about projects and the effectiveness of donations clearly and enthusiastically
3. Maintain accurate records of conversations and donations in the CRM system
4. Work towards meeting or exceeding individual and team fundraising targets
5. Handle donor queries professionally and in line with organizational standards
6. Participate in regular training sessions to improve communication and fundraising skills

Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and patient manner
2. Previous experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
3. Passion for social causes and a strong commitment to the mission
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
