Junior Video Editor Fresher Job (Remote)

As a Junior Video Editor at Baweja Media, you will work closely with our creative team to produce engaging and impactful video content that resonates with our target audience. This job will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in video editing, working with industry-standard software and tools.

Qualifications:

1. Any graduate or post graduate can apply. A degree or certification in Film Production, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field is a plus
2. A portfolio showcasing previous video editing work with your resume

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit and enhance raw footage into compelling and visually appealing videos
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards
3. Incorporate graphics, animations, and sound effects to enhance the overall video quality
4. Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
5. Continuously discover and implement new editing techniques and industry best practices
6. Manage and organize video assets in a structured manner
7. Assist with video shoots, including setup, lighting, and audio recording when required

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects or any other
2. Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including pacing, transitions, and visual storytelling
3. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation principles is a plus
4. Familiarity with color correction and grading techniques
5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
6. Creativity and a passion for storytelling through video
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
8. Strong communication skills and receptive to constructive feedback
