Lead Generation Manager Job (Remote)

Key responsibilities:

1. Build outreach and follow-up strategies and templates
2. Direct and work with the team to identify companies based on industry, geography, and size, using tools like LinkedIn and other AI tools like Apollo.io & Seamless.AI, specifically for the international market
3. Generate and qualify enterprises that need L&D programs and establish contact
4. Work on rigorous follow-ups with leads to create a successful business from new and existing customer accounts
5. Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with leads
6. Drive long-term relations with enterprises and improve repeat business and overall wallet size

What skills do you need?

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B experience in pre-sales
2. Hands-on experience in lead generation and lead qualification
3. Must be strong in organic market research
4. Candidates from a SaaS-based industry are preferred but not mandatory
5. Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact
6. Competent in doing cold outreach in conveying AntWalk capabilities with the client and scheduling demo meets
